Auto-Assigning from a forwarded e-mail
When sending customer's emails in Outlook, I often CC co-workers and directors so they are aware of the communication. I will also BCC the Wrike task that is related to the communication. I have now seen that my co-workers are auto-assigned to that task when I forward an e-mail they may be cc'd on. Is there a way to prevent this? The task itself is personal, and I don't want others assigned. I don't want my external customers to question the Wrike e-mail either, which is why I BCC it. Help!
