Reposition Search Bar

With focus on search now, and especially with a broken search keyboard shortcut, we'd like to see the search bar moved over to the top left or have the ability to custom position our toolbars.

We have large projects best managed on large monitors. when most navigation happens to the left of the screen, the search bar at the top right gets far less use than it otherwise would.
