What I'd like to see is a new category of status called "Awaiting Feedback" or something like that. I'd like to be able to sort and find in one place the tasks that need someone else to respond to them. I can tag someone in a comment but if that team member ignores their notifications then that task that is awaiting feedback can quickly get lost. If I could add these tasks to a new category I could find them easily and follow up on them more quickly.

You can create as many different task statuses as you like with Wrike Enterprise:

Like John kindly pointed out, you can create a Custom Workflow when you have a Business or Enterprise account. I need to point out that you must be an Admin to add or edit Custom Workflows.
 
If you're happy with the default workflow, you can, as an admin, edit it to add the desired status you mention in your post. You can follow these steps in your Wrike account to achieve this.
 
To see them all in one place, why not set up a Dashboard based on this status. By doing this you can display all tasks within a chosen Project/Folder, and filter the view to show only tasks 'Awaiting Feedback'. This will give you a real-time list of all tasks assigned to that Status at your fingertips.
