Migration from Google Business to Office 365

Hi Everton, thanks for reaching out here! That's a really good question and I'll be happy to walk you through this. The main question here is whether you're changing the actual email and domains in the process. The outline of the best way to approach this is as follows:

1. Before dropping Google, all users will need to create a Wrike password. This can simply be done from the password reset page. This is done to ensure that users can access their account when the Google integration is dropped, using the regular email and password login method.
2. If you're not changing the email addresses and domains, the remaining steps are related to switching the integrations. In this case, our Support Team will help drop the Google integration, and walk you through setting it up for Office 365. Click "Submit a Request" at the top right of this page to get in touch with them, or let me know and I'll create a ticket on your behalf :) If you are changing email addresses, please return to this step after steps 3 and 4.
3. If you are changing email addresses and domains, users will need to add a secondary address in their Profile Settings. As an admin, you can also change add emails for all users from the Account Management section.
4. Users then need to confirm their secondary email addresses and let our Support Team know that they'd like to remove the primary ones from their profile. Check out this article about adding and deleting email addresses to learn more.
