Printing of workload view
Why is it not possible to print out a workload view?
Sorry, in a workaround to make a printscreen is really not professional. Wondering really why there is no real printing function. The same applies for the printing of the timeline. This function there simply just creates a picture which then is left to the user to print out. A printing function which creates a picture is really not nice. But anyway: would be already happy if there would be one for the workload view.
Hi Urs, originally the Workload View was intended to be a more interactive section of the Workspace, with the focus being on managing work while in that view. Our Product Team would love to hear from you as to how/why you would use printing functionality for the view? Is it informaiton you would like to have on your desk to reference throughout the week?

Hi,
I have the same request. The objective of printing the workload view is to animate a quick meeting with the team to have a global view and to show quickly the average load for each personn.

I agree. It seems simple enough to allow the workload for the day or the week to be printed. Why isn't this an option???
Yup! Agree here as well.
Also, being able to export to use in meetings or send in email.
I would love the ability to print - I can them give a copy to my teams to execute at the floor level.
I'm also wondering how to extract the data from the Workload view so that it can be included in a report to management.
Hey everyone, thank you for all of your feedback here. This suggestion is currently not planned by the Product team. If I have any other updates, I'll let you know.
Hi Hugh,
Easy solutoin, just add it to the product teams plan 😉
Seriously though, we would love to see this implemented.
At the moment I am taking a screen shot of my workload chart and using a third party website to convert the image into an excel sheet.
It really feels like an unnecessary work around.
Hey Paul Connor, thank you for this use case! It's been passed on to the Product team.
One of the areas that Wrike has shown the start of being a kick arse portfolio governance tool is in workforce planning, I really urge the team to address the following requirements:

This is so weird it's not been implemented yet or even planned. As a project manager handling stakeholders resources I'm right now are forced to do manually work in excel - rewriting everything I have in Wrike so I can show an overview of estimated needed resources ahead. Would really appreciate if this was being planned!
Hi Emma Hultin Eriksson, thanks for sharing your insight with us here, we've passed this on to the team.
We don't have any updates to share in relation to this request at the moment, but if that changes we'll be sure to let you know.
If you need help with anything else, don't hesitate to ask.

I would like to see an Export option added to the Workload tool as well.

I'm a huge supporter of adding reporting functionality to the workload chart. I too have to manually manipulate the data from the chart and enter into excel to report to Executive Leadership on resource utilization. I +1 to the original post from 2017, but am concerned that it's been four years since the original post and this is not getting traction. Anything else that we can do to raise this in the priority list? Thanks!

Hi Elaine!
I've been fighting for this feature with the support team for about 4 months! In our company we need to have daily effort for each user, job role, task and project and it's very annoying to have all that information on wrike but not being able tu extract it!
The table view allows you to export the total effort from a task but not the daily effort for that task, so i have been doing a lot of manual processes to get it.
I am relieved to know that I will finally be able to put these processes behind, i'd be happy to be one of the first to try the Workload export to Excel.
Let me know!
