Allow Import of Time Spent data from Excel

Our Company has a time tracking tool and people are required to use it.  Getting people to add their time to a second system is difficult.  It would be great if Wrike allowed me to import time spent data from Excel or CSV files for multiple tasks/projects/individuals.  That way we could just do a monthly update of time spent data and Wrike reports will be much more useful.  Please consider adding the ability to use your import templates for time spent data.  I would like to be able to just enter a monthly time spent amount (e.g. 64 hours) for a single day at the end of the month, so it would be one line item for the task in Wrike.  But if people wanted to be more granular, it would be great if the template allowed you to enter however many lines you need for the task (e.g. 31 lines for one task if you want to import daily data).

Hi Jenina, thanks for your post. Currently importing this information is not on our Product Team's roadmap, we've made them aware of this post so if that changes we'll keep you updated here.

It would be great to know what time tracking tool you currently use and we can check if there are any API or Wrike integrations that might work for you.

It would be great if the Excel import would allow time spent, is it currently possible to add custom fields? I'm aware workflows are an import option.

Working with numerous clients that don't have the ability to collaborate on Wrike we would really see a benefit of this introduction.

Missing any feature that would update any information from an excel sheet. Not just time spent.

Hey Wrike team. Following up -- is there currently a way to simply import time sheet / tracking data from Excel into Wrike? I've explored the Unito / Google Sheets integration but that looks to be limited only to tasks/ projects and not the time sheet. Please advise, as this functionality would be very helpful to our team. Thanks!

with the original request coming in almost 7 years ago and still not available this is a bummer to not see improvements made to import functionality.  currently in a trial for moving to Wrike and trying to determine how to explain why we can't migrate our time spent data on projects this year.
