The payment agreement

 Hello,

 

My colleagues want to subscribe for a monthly plan but when it comes to make the payment, the system gives me only the annual payment option.

Can we pay monthly as we use your service or do we have to buy the annual plan?

I am looking for an answer to this question as well. Apparently, the answer is a secret and can only be shared offline. Can someone let me know if a monthly payment option is possible?

Hi Mark! We offer monthly payment for Professional plans, but not for Business or above. A lot of the times when people need more information about pricing (beyond what's on our Pricing page) we like to facilitate conversations with an Account Executive or Manager just because they're the ones equipped to give the right information (and it's a more tailored experience).

We have been told we are not allowed to pay monthly as our plan was yearly . Please could someone assist as there is no customer support !
