@Mentioning Groups
Our team recently created groups on Wrike with the intention of @messaging them in tasks/projects that involved multiple people. However, we noticed that only actual users are able to @mention these groups - collaborators don't have this ability. This is somewhat inconvenient as most of our team is set up with the "collaborator" status.
Is there a way I can change this so collaborators can @message the groups?
Hi Kristin :) I'm personally a big fan of User Groups, so happy to hear that you got those set up! Collaborators can @mention people and groups as long as those people/groups already have access to the task/Folder.
So, as long as you (or any Regular User) has already mentioned the group on the task, then all Collaboratrs can mention the group. If you mention the group on the Folder/Project, then Collaborators can mention the group in all tasks within that Folder. Let me know if that makes sense!
That makes perfect sense! Thanks so much!
So glad that helped!
