Slack connectivity

Hi 

We are trying to enable slack connectivity for the /wriketask feature. we have followed the instructions but can not get it to work. Can you support our efforts so we can resolve it?

Hi Michael, thanks for reaching out here, really glad to see you giving the Slack integration a try! I noticed you opened a Support ticket about this as well, and wanted to paste over what our team asked to try, in case it helps other users too. Could you please try the following steps to see if it will fix the issue:

  1. Log out and log back into Wrike
  2. Go to the Apps & Integrations, disable and re-enable the Slack integration
  3. Go to the integrated Slack channel and try to use /wriketask command once again

If this doesn't do the trick for someone who doesn't have a Suppor ticket opened, just drop a line here and I'll be happy to help out! :)

Hi Anastasia,

I tried the steps you recommended, and so far I'm not having any luck. I also noticed that when I went to "How does Wrikebot work?" on Slack, the commands included /wriketask1, which Slack told me wasn't a valid command. Any insights here?

I'm having a similar issue here. I have two slacks linked to two different Wrike accounts. In one the commands are working and in the other they are not. Can someone assist?

I am having this same issue is there any help I can receive for this? I have spoke with Wrike and they have submitted a ticket (no response) and Slack and they are trying to trouble shoot and no luck.
