Problems with access

Hello! I received an invitation to work in the wrike. My account was paid by the administrator, but wrike blocked me access to work. How to fix this problem? How I can return access to the wrike?

Добрый день, Степан! :) Thanks for getting in touch here. I noticed that Olga from the Support Team already helped sort out the expired trial, and there shouldn't be any problems accessing your corporate account now. Let me know if you have any other questions!

The application is not letting me in, it marks an error and tells me to contact customer care

I'm creating a Support ticket for you so we can look into what's happening, if you could respond to the ticket and let the team know where you're logging into Wrike from (desktip/mobile, etc) and the specific error message you're getting, that would be very helpful!
