Is anyone having trouble with Wrike running very slow?

We've been having substantial delays loading reviews and downloading documents within our Wrike projects. In some cases, even entering comments can be slow. Is anyone having the same issue? Is the Wrike server experiencing delays?

We are having issues with speed as well: opening tasks, adding descriptions, typing in comments section: takes forever to even have the send button appear,.. anything wrong here? Thanks for your input.

Hello, I'm trying Wrike for the first time, and it seems to be too slow... I've checked my internet but everything is normal.

Is it happening cause I'm using the free version?

Hi Isabella, the subscription type you have shouldn't affect Wrike's speed. I'm creating a Support Ticket for you so that we can figure out what's going on. It would be great if you could let the team know what browser version you're using.

@stephanie My team is complaining about the same thing. I'm the only team member on a MAC using Chrome, and I don't experience any issues. However, the rest of my team is on a PC and they are very frustrated with Wrike because it's impossible to even navigate folders because it's so slow. What could be the issue?

Hi Stephanie, @stephanie 

I am have started to use wrike it is extremely slow to load up my tasks in the morning when i open wrike, I do not even have allot of tasks imputed yet and it takes 10seconds to load.  So that being said i am worried when i actually get allot of tasks imputed it will take forever to load, or is there just a glich with my account as it was opened along time ago just inactive.  I have the same stuff imputed on asana and it has no delay at all as I was trying to figure out what program to use and i like wrike more but the slow speed is worrying me. 

I am using Chrome web browser on a 2017 Mac book pro
