Printscreen issue
Не могли бы вы, пожалуйста, подсказать, возможно ли в переписку по задачам вставить принтскрин? У меня получается вставить принтскрин только в описание задачи, а в переписку нет - только через сохранение принтскрина как картинки и прикрепление к сообщению. По-другому нельзя?
Hi Alexandra, welcome to the forums :). You've got it right - in order to add an image to a task you need to save the image and then attach it to the comment. Would you like the option to copy/paste images into comments (using keyboard shortcuts for example)?
Well, the option of copypasting images to commens would not be as useful as inserting printscreen, as we usually just drag the pictures from our hard drive or send a weblink to it. But thanks for your reply anyway :)
