Move Add Subtask to Top
Often I have multiple subtasks, It would be much easier if I could Add New from top vs scrolling all the way down.

Or even if there was a 'draggable' function available where we could put the most important first, etc...

@David, it's possible to re-arrange subtasks in the Task View, is this the option you're referring to? Let me know if you had something else in mind!
