Import Error
I am receiving this failure and am not sure why?
An Error at Row 2 (null)
I have checked this over and over and am not sure on the issue. I directly exported, made changes and am re-importing.

Hi! I'm sorry to hear about this. We'll need to take a look at the Excel file to help pinpoint exactly what the problem is. I'm creating a Support ticket for you so that we can help figure out what's going on. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
I'm having this same problem.
Cecilia, wanted to thank you here for sending the file over to the Support Team! Happy to see everything was worked out. :)
Hello @Stephanie Westbrook:
I'm having the same "Error at Row 2 (null)" on my import spreadsheet. I can send you my sheet to review if you like. Please let me know how you'd like to proceed, thanks!
Hi Janet! I'm so sorry for the delay in getting back to you here. It would definitely be helpful to review your spreadsheet so that we can see what's going on. I'm creating a Support ticket for you and if you could reply to the ticket with your attached spreadsheet, that would be fantastic. The team will be able to help figure out what's going on.
I'm having the same error. Also exported my tasks, made some changes and tried to re-import.
Was there a common issue with the other 2 that support looked at that I could try to resolve myself? I'm trying to import 140 tasks, so it's not something I want to have to enter manually.
Edit: I think I figured it out—my parent task already existed, so I was trying to just import subtasks. By deleting the parent task and creatnig it on row 2, then adding subtasks, I was able to import without error.
Dawn, thanks for updating, usually it's the formatting that causes the issue, same with the above comments. It's easy sometimes to miss something so I'll leave this Knowledge Base article here for reference for anyone else that happens upon this thread 👍
