I can't create tasks with and email. Why? Thanks a lot

HI Miquel! There are a couple of ways to create tasks via email integration:

• By formatting the subject line of an email to include relevant task details (as described in our Email Integration article), for example: [Folder title] [start date - due date] [task status], and sending it to wrike@wrike.com.
• By formatting the subject line to include all details except the Folder, and sending it to a Folder's unique ID:
