Hi Anne! Depending on the types of notes you want to enter, there are a few options:

• If a note is related to a Project or Folder overview, post it into their description fields, so that everyone working on the Project could easily find that information.
• If a note is related to a specific task, add it to that task's description.
• If you want to create a mini knowledge base, you can create a designated Folder for storing this information. In this Folder, create tasks to divide those facts or info into bite sized pieces, and set the task status to backlogged.
