Monitoring changes made to the Task Duration
We're using Wrike to manage software development and a critical part of this is maintaining the Duration as work progresses. Each person assigned a task is asked to maintain the Duration only and then all related tasks will then "flex" based on this changing. In order to monitor who is changing the Duration field and to from/to which value would be very useful in determining where on the overall plan delays occur.
Hi Craig, thanks for posting on the Community! This sounds like a really interesting use case, and I'd love to help come up with some tips on managing that workflow. Did I understand correctly that your end goal is to track when the duration was extended/increased, so you could later dig into the reasons for this delay? Looking forward to learning more!
