can't move projects from My Work to Shared - when trying to move Wrike says there are no folders to display even though I see there are. Could you please let me know what's going on?

Hi Kaja, thanks for reaching out here! It sounds like you're trying to move something from the "My Work" tab at the top of the Workspace into the Folder tree in the Navigation panel on the left, is that right? If that's the case, this is possible to do when you open a task in My Work, and then click on the "+" under the task title to add a new Folder tag:
