By Default, Stop Sending So Many Emails
When users sign up to Wrike, the default setting is to get a bunch of emails if anything changes that they are somehow associated with. I'm not even sure of the extent really. Hence, my team put a filter on all emails from Wrike to send them to the garbage. This is part of the reason why no one on my team is using Wrike. People's first introduction to Wrike is an avalanche of emails. This is a very bad first impression.
Please stop all of the emails by default.
Somehow, somewhere I am getting a ton of emails because I am giving product feedback or voting on something. I'm pretty sure a bunch of them I have had nothing to do with. This is not good.
Please stop all of the emails by default.
Hi Michael, so sorry about the confusion with emails! First of all, I wanted to thank you for all of the fantastic contributions you've already made to the Community, you've started some great discussions and topics that I've definitely enjoyed. They're really helpful, and we wouldn't want them to stop because of email notifications :) Community emails are separate to those which are configured in your Wrike profile. You can disable these by clicking on the corresponding link in on of the notifications:
You can also click the "Unfollow" button on any post or section you're currently following:
As for Wrike email notifications, these can all be disabled in the Profile Section. Thank you for taking the time to post your concerns about this!
Can we stop pushing emails from an admin level?
Hi Travis, email preferences are a Profile setting so it's up to the individual user to choose. Let me know if that answers your question here 👍
