How can the "admin" change the "user" email address without user intervention?

As an admin, how can I change the users' email address at the background without user intervention?

Hi Ronald, thank you for reaching out on the Community! User info can be edited by admins on the Business and Enterprise subscriptions, and this can be done from Account Management:

Hi

Our users log in Wrike via SSO. Sometimes it is required changing the primary email address, but I couldn't find an easy way of doing it. Right now I create a new user, delete the previous one and transfer the tasks. Is there any better way of updating the primary mail for SSO accounts?

Thank you for your question!

You don't need to delete your users to change their email address in your Wrike account using SSO. An Admin in your Wrike account can add the new email address to your user's profile, that user can then confirm the new email address through a link they'll receive by email, and the Admin can remove the old email address from the user's profile. The email address will also need to be updated with the Identity Provider you're using for SSO. You should then be good to go!
