Reflect Workflow in Timeline Snapshots
Hello!
Recently we've been taking advantage of sharing workflow timeline snapshots with clients. It's awesome.
One thing we've noticed, though, is that our view of the timeline is really easy to take it because tasks are different colors based on the workflow. It makes it really easy to see if a task in on us, or the client, waiting, etc. Unfortunately, the snapshot doesn't reflect the workflow at all and is simply all the same blue color.
It would be awesome if there was an option (like being able to hide assignees) to show/hide the workflow for a task. We'd be happy with just the color being reflected, but if the text was next to the task (or there was a legend!) that would be cool, too.

I was surprised to find that the snapshot does not include the statuses, since this article indicates that it should: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/210323545-Timeline-Snapshot. We would really like this feature so we can properly compare current project plans to previous snapshots.
Hi Elaine, thanks for commenting here! Custom statuses are currently not reflected in the Timeline Snapshots, but it would be great if you could post this idea as a separate Product Feedback post. :)
Hi Anastasia, I think it's the same enhancement request as what's posted here. The original poster referred to it as "workflow" but I think it's the same as custom statuses, right?
Elaine, of course, you're absolutely right. Whoopsie - and this was the exact post I had in mind. :) Thank you for pointing that out, and I'm sorry about the confusion there!
My team would also like timeline snapshots to reflect workflow status - we would particularly like it to color code them the same way the timeline view shows!
yes we need this as well, or a legend displayed. I send the snapshot to my client and they cant see a legend so I have to send them a screenshot of the defauly legend
Have any changes been made so that the status' actually show up on the timeline when shared?
Our clients need to know which tasks are for them vs. internal tasks. The task have labels from the workflow but it defaults to the blue colour when shared.
