GMail gadget removal after 'hide' throws error?
Hi,
I noticed that the Wrike gmail gadget had appeared in my mails. I tried to hide it and it threw an error. Ever since then I have a gray bar that appears at the bottom of every email:

Upon inspecting the generated HTML, I can see that it's including a gadget from wrike.com, but I can't find any way to stop that:

I have looked in my Chrome and GMail settings but there's no mention of Wrike in there.
Any suggestions as to how I can stop it?
Thanks
Martin
Hi Martin, thank you for posting this question! The Gmail Gadget is automatically enabled for all users with the GSuite Integration. Google reserves a placeholder for the Gadget for all users, which means that this gray bar is visible even when a user disables the Gadget. Since the integration is set up per domain or organization (and not per user), the only way to ensure that neither Gadget nor placeholder appear is to turn the integration off completely for a suborganization in GSuite. I understand that it might not be solution for this case, but let me know if you have any questions about how to do this!
Hi Anastasia,
I'm confused - are you saying that this needs to be disabled in my organization? We don't use Wrike - I did trial it but we decided not to go with it.
Thanks
Martin
Martin, thank you for clarifying! That's right, I checked your account details, and it looks like the GSuite integration is still enabled for the whole account which was used to trial Wrike. I've moved this question over to the "How To" section, and I'm opening up a Support ticket on your behalf, so that our team could guide you through dropping this integration and disabling the Gmail Gadget completely. Thank you for reaching out about this!
