get notification when two previous tasks are done

Hi!,

I would like to know if its possible to connect 2 tasks to a next task in the Gantt Chart?

So in my example I want the electrical empoloye and the Mechanical employe working at the same time at different tasks. and when there both done there will be a notification to the next employe for him to start on the next task.

In other words, I would like to connect 2 tasks on to the next one. Both tasks need to be done before the next responsible person wil get a notification.
