We have external request forms for individuals outside of Wrike to use for requesting marketing and creative services deliverables and also for entering an event or visit request. For some of these, we need to approve or reject the request based on various factors. We can of course add a task or project approval as part of the request form process which is great, but it does not notify the requestor of that decision.
Currently, it is a manual process to then reach out to them and let them know that the request they submitted has been approved or rejected. Since we are already capturing their name and email to send a confirmation, it doesn't seem outside the realm of possibility to also have an automated email letting them know the status of their request - it would be incredibly helpful and reduce a lot of manual, redundant work.
