Confirmation emails and internally submitted forms

I recently opened up Wrike requests from within Wrike now that my team is more comfortable using the system (it was setup as an External form only previously).

I was surprised to learn internal requests don't generate a confirmation email? Seems like an oversight - you'd think everyone would want a confirmation of their submission details regardless of being internal or external.

As our organization scales to incorporate more team members from across departments, this is proving to repeatedly be an issue for clients to avoid submitting duplicative work if they have no way to verify they've submitted something until the project has been opened. If this could be addressed by the Product Team, that would make a huge difference in our client's user experience.

Has there been any more feedback from the Wrike team on this functionality? I agree, it seems to be oversight as people not familiar with Wrike might not know where to go and access their requests and there is no reference at all to requests being made.

So are Collaborators getting confirmation emails and Users are not? Or are only external, not-Wrike users getting them? I am and Admin and I received one last week but today am not.

Katie Magee we're referring to external forms vs internal forms. If an external form is submitted, the end user who submitted the form is sent an email with the request details. However, if an internal form is submitted, then a mail is not sent to the user, so they don't have anything to reference down the line.
