Thanks for this. We use analytics for the PMO dashboard to track multiple projects and initiatives. So far its been a great tool but does need some more enhancements to make it even better!
1)ย We want to use the Project Analytics board to track milestones, project health, total completion rate for the projects at the portfolio level.
2) Custom fields should be able to co-relate to one another. For Ex: We use the 3 pie chart health indicators for scope, budget and schedule: we use three key fields to track this: At Risk, Monitor and On Track. (Red, Yellow, Green) We canโt cross reference and analyze the data currently.
The ability to use multiple custom fields together would be really good. Currently this is a big limitation.
3) ย Addย null in the pie chart or any other chart. It only shows data visible in custom fields but does not show empty values.
4) Analytics board: pivot only allows 1 custom field table at a time, what if I have 3 fields related to the custom field via a drop down. I want to be able to see all fields related to the project/task.
Making Wrike Analyze easier to learn, test and understand for all level of teams would be a great plus.

My PMO is working to move people away from manual reporting on projects using Excel or PowerPoint and introduce Wrike Analyze into more of our regular project reporting. We were one of the very first companies at the front of the line to add the Wrike Analyze add-on when it first came available a year or two ago. The system itself has seen huge improvements since the early days when things were still kinda rough around the edges and I look forward to seeing what you guys continue to do with this functionality as you continue to iterate on it.ย

I have two complaints about the system, one of which I know you guys are actively working on fixing:
As a PMO Manager, it would be incredibly valuable for me and the rest of our senior management to be able to have this type of trend insight into our project portfolio. When I was first onboarded to Wrike Analyze back in 2019 I interviewed with the, if memory serves, WA Product Manager at the time, and I was told that the WA dataset did not currently have that type of historical project status data but it was something that the dev team was actively working on. I've brought it up to my CSM a couple of times but she has been unable to learn anything else since that initial interview.ย
I'm sure I'm not the only person who sees value in the ability to see this type of historical project data, I know I'm not the only one in the senior leadership for my organization.ย

There is no option to add analyze-boards to a space. This is only possible for normal reports, not for analyze boards.ย
We would like to make analyze-boards acailable for all members of a certain space.
Would like to see the billing data currently available in Table view, specifically Actual Cost and Planned Cost, as an option in Analyze.ย The only data set available is the Billing Type.ย I am using a workaround that involves a Labor Cost custom field I created that requires constant copy and paste from those 2 fields and its just proving to be inefficient.ย

We use Wrike Analyze to track results for Customer Engagement activities. We use the Analyze graphs to display those results in monthly management meetings.
Recently, we ran into the issue where we could not re-format the bar graphs (ex: the order which the categories show up on the X axis). In order to have them show up in a particular order, you have to number the results (i.e. 1 Category, 2 Category). With the numbering, the graphs become a little more cluttered. So I take screenshots of the boards and edit out the numbers
Any changes made in Wrike will not update in Wrike Analyze until the next day, which is not ideal

Our team uses the Wrike Analytics Dashboards daily and we are constantly making changes to our tasks, projects, effort estimates, time tracking, etc.. When we go to theย analytics dashboards we have built out for our teams, we struggle with not being able to see the changes we have made right away. Is there something in the works for these dashboards to be updated more that once a day? I saw in the above comments there was maybe some changes coming but that was over a year ago.ย

Courtney Spies ask your Wrike Rep to be included in the Analyze beta test which uses Snowflake for storage.ย It auto-updates data every ~4 hours and gives you a button to "refresh data now" if you want to see the updates.ย It's fantastic!!
Another big limitation is not being able to images to our Wrike Analyze pivots and lists. Product visualization is critical to our teams
