How do I get the ID for a Task Workflow via API

We have a workflow for our projects that is custom, and for all tasks we use the Default workflow. We have an integration tool we wrote with GIT and we need to update the task status based on the task workflow that matches our pipeline in GIT. We have not been able to find a way to GET the ID for the Task Workflow to compare to what is coming in from GIT.

Please advise.
