Usage Stats on Request Forms
I have recently gotten some requests on the possibility of pulling usage stats on our request forms to determine how often certain types of forms are used. We can certainly get a rough on this based on the types of projects that are submitted but I'm not seeing any more automated way to know how frequently or infrequently a request form is used or maybe when the last use of that form was. This would be great information to have to determine if we could sunset certain forms or to determine if maybe that form isn't fitting the need we expected to for some reason and could be updated to better suit what our requestors are looking for.

This is a great idea. I would be keen to see the ratio of form opened to form submitted. This would tell us if users are intimidated by or giving up on the forms.

I think this is a great idea. Most request forms we use go into a requests folder to be manged and moved somewhere else. I have not found a way to pull statistics from these folders since the items created are moved elsewhere. Being able to pull reports directly from a specific form would be great.
