Filter for tasks/projects that have a date in the past

Hi,

In Wrike it is possible to filter projects by date. But you can only select last week or last month. It is often necessary to filter projects that have reached a certain date, i.e. where the date is in the past.

Example:
We have a custom date field for deadlines or todos. Here we must be able to generate a report or a dashboard that shows us all projects in which the deadline/todo is in the past.

I would appreciate if you could implement that functionality at short notice.

Hi Marco Eberl to do this I simply have a report that shows tasks that are overdue for the space I have my projects in.  Have you tried this?  I then sort by project to split them out.

Unfortunately that doesn't help in our case.
A taskhas a duration and an end date. I can filter that task if it is overdue.

But additionally we have custom fields with a date (e.g. deadline). I need to be able to filter tasks, that have an overdue date in a custom field.

Same - it would be helpful to create a report or dashboard that can show all tasks with due dates in the past. Even filtering views of projects (like you said Glyn), it would be more helpful to be able to filter to just past due tasks. From what I can tell you are just sorting by date and then the past-due tasks are at the top.

To help manage the process, I'd like to give the area manager a count of past-due tasks on a report.

Does the "last month" filter indicate the last 30 days or the last calendar month?

Welcome to the Community Tatjana Greiner 👋

It should be last calendar month 👍
