Wrike Feature Request - Files and Permissions

We are seeking ways for us to limit and control file download permissions within Wrike in order to ensure review files are not downloaded and used as final. Here are some possible solutions we'd like to see considered for future releases:

• Disable Downloads

• A general permission control based off access roles, groups, etc. to fully disable the ability to download files
• Alternatively, if there’s a way to indicate a file is a Review File to disable downloading

• Download Button – Request Downloads vs Direct Downloads

• Essentially making it where the download button prompts a request that has to be reviewed/approved before a download is initiated
• Similarly to the above, we’d want this to be controlled based off access roles, groups, etc.

• Expiration Dates for Files

• Either…

• A default expiration date for files where they get deleted after a set amount of time
• Or a general feature to apply an expiration date to files being uploaded (whether set amount of time or custom)

• Wrike Proofing Tool – Watermarks for Review Files

• Having a watermark with the current user’s/viewer’s account info displayed over the content to remind and indicate that they are viewing a review version and not a final file approved for downloading/posting
• This can be a permission control based off access roles, groups, etc.
• Alternatively, if there’s a way to indicate a file is a Review File, and the watermark is applied (as well as downloads disabled, if possible)
