The Search Function to Find Lost Tasks
I know it seems really obvious since it's always on top left of the window, but people in my team and I are always going to the last place we imagine a task to be, but the search function will bring up any and all relevant results, including 'lost' tasks, completed tasks, and it's usually so much quicker.
Also, the dashboard feature is really key for a quick glance to read data and ongoing projects. We use it to pick up missed tags from tasks so everything can be organised for data properly :)
Hi Maria Phillips 🙋🏻♀️
You're absolutely right about the power of Wrike's search function! It's one of those features that can save a tremendous amount of time and, like you said, can easily find "lost" tasks that may be buried in complex folder structures. Also, it's great to hear how your team is leveraging Dashboard not just for quick overviews but also for quality control by identifying missed tags. Thank you for sharing!

Basudha Sakshyarika how are you able to find "lost" tasks if you don't have any idea of the name of said task(s)? I though I moved about 17 tasks from one folder to another and they didn't show up.
Hi Reid Pickett! Welcome to the Wrike Community! 🙋🏻♀️
Finding "lost" tasks in Wrike when you don't know their names can be challenging, but you can use the search function with partial information or other details. For example, when it comes to tasks, the search function considers the title, description, comments, assignees, people who have left comments, task creator, people @mentioned in comments, and file names. You can find more information here. Hope this helps! 😊
