Linking field options to other table
Hi!
I have a table "Deliverables", in which I include the name of deliverable (report A, report B, report C), the owner of the document and a link to where each document is stored.
I have a separate table of requirements. Each requirement should be satisfied in a deliverable. For example, requirement 1 and 3 will be covered in report A and requirement 2 will be covered in report B.
How can I link these two tables? I would like to have a single select Deliverable field under the requirement table where the available options are retrieved directly from the Deliverable table.
How can I achieve such an effect?

Thank you for getting back to me. It seems like Datahub could indeed be the answer to the issue. However, from my understanding, this feature is still only in the testing phase. It is not very desirable to base our processes on a feature that is not officially rolled out yet. Do you have another work around? What I have found is copying a requirement from the Requirement list also in the location of the correspondent deliverable. However, it seems like these locations can only be seen when clicking on the requirement itself, and not from the table view.
