Hi Joel Gold, here is the workaround that was suggested by our Support Team:
 
When folders are copied, they retain the default view of the original folder. With this in mind, you can create a ‘template’ folder containing a structured hierarchy of empty folders, each with a different default view. For example:
 
- TemplatesWithDifferentDefaultViews
- TemplateWithDefaultTable
- TemplateWithDefaultGantt
 
Instead of using POST /folders/{destinationFolderId}/folders to create a new folder, you can use POST /copy_folder/{idOfFolderWithDesiredView}?title=necessaryTitle&parent={desiredParentFolder}
 
This approach copies a folder that already has the desired default view, ensuring the new folder inherits the same settings.
