Webhooks with specific task type.

Good morning Team, how are you today?

is it possible to configure a webhook with a specific task type?

I created a specific type to use on my projects.

I want to create a webhook to send messages when something will be updated in this specific task. How can we do it with webhooks without checking all tasks?

Cheers

Filipe Jardim Fernandes unfortunately you cannot create a webhook for specific tasks. However, you should be able to cross tag all these tasks into a folder (e.g. if you are creating task from BP you can preconfigure it to land in a specific folder) and then set the webhook on this folder so you only process tasks of this type

Hello Miron,

Can you give me an example about tag? How can I configure from webhooks?

Cheers

Filipe Jardim Fernandes this is not related to webhooks. You can cross tag the tasks in Wrike to a dedicated folder. so all the tasks you need from all the projects you need also live in this folder. This is all in Wrike. Then you create the webhook on the folder ([POST] /folders/{folderId}/webhooks ).
https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500005121001-Adding-Tasks-to-Folders-Projects-and-Spaces. if you are using blueprints you can preconfigure a task to be added to a folder when you create it
