Hi, I just wanted to share this tip, as it is such a SIMPLE feature, but with Wrike it is seriously powerful.
Our company is not large, but very busy, and logging email content, request means searching wrike day in day out.
As modern people, we find acronyms for everything, and the same is for all our projects. See this inbox list:
I have started to add these acronyms into the Descriptions field: SPH, SVPHF, HG, CVP2N as an alias/AKA descriptor.
Then when I need to find the job/project this refers to, I type "SPH" in the search bar and up comes the Sunshine Private Hospital.
It may not mean much to most of the big companies out there, but with hundreds of similar projects on the go at any one time [some lasting 3-5 years] it sure saves hours of admin work here each day/week. That's $$$ savings in anyone's book.
