Pause or Summarize User Email Notifications

Hi,

I see there have been a few questions regarding something similar, but I wanted to make this one more specific.

As an admin on our account I am monitoring and optimizing our account continuously. With doing so, sometimes old projects are moved, or statuses are changed, etc. With this, it generates an individual email notification to each user attached to the project or task. It would be great if admins could control email notification settings, or if the system recognized multiple emails going to one person, it could summarize all the emails into one.

For example, if Mary was assigned to 5 tasks, and a project and I changed the status of two of the tasks, commented on three and closed the project, she would only get one email summarizing all of those things.

Agree with Kerry-Ann.  It would be great if admins could control email notifications for everyone.  The users in our account get very confused with all the notifications to the point that they ignore them all, which is not good.  If admins could set the account default notifications, then users could customize if they felt the need to do so.
