move workflow
Is it possible to move a workflow from account management to a space and vice versa?
As request forms can belong to a Space I think all workflows should be viewed from “account management”. Space settings is kind of hidden and having workflows all around different menu’s in wrike won’t help to give a overview
This also applies to automations and CIT. I don’t understand why request forms from spaces can be viewed and edited from account management but automations, workflows and CIT cannot. This is not logic and could be better.
I made a different product feedback out of these separate functions to keep thing separated.
Thanks a lot for your feedback Jacco Stam, and apologies for the late reply here. I've shared your suggestions with our Product team as always. Thanks a lot for creating separate posts!

Lisa Is this a functionality you consider working on? We can convert a workflow from space to account level but not the other way around.
If we now want to convert a workflow from account level to space we have to make new workflows and change all tasks statuses and then delete the account workflow. We want to avoid that since it seems like a lot of work.
Upvoting this! We are going through some major transitions and have a large number of teams using Wrike enterprise wide. Not being able to move account-level workflows into the new space-level workflows seems counter intuitive since it can go the other way. With the rollout of space-level workflows and blueprints, I'm surprised there wasn't an option to duplicate an existing account-level workflow into spaces.
Thanks a lot for your feedback Amber Lyons! I'll share it with the team and we'll keep you posted when we have an update 🙌

Hi Jacco,
We are hitting the same road block.
We have made a work flow in the account space and refined it now we want to move it into a specific space are our user base is growing and we want to restrict who can modify these workflows. Why we also want to move this workflow over verse creating a new one, i'm assuming we may lose some visibility when recreating and deleting workflows.
I think that is one of the major concerns, if a workflow that was previously used and deleted, it will be hard to search.
Additionally, we had the same idea to create a new space and use an existing workflow. We saw that you can export a workflow to the account space but are not able to import a work flow from the account space.
I do this this won't be a function normal users will be using but it will be for the admin and people creating spaces.
Hi Kuru Sivalingam 👋🏼
Thank you for sharing your feedback; I understand the concern. For now, you'll need to manually recreate your account-level workflows at the space level. I'll definitely share this with the team, and we'll keep you in the loop when we have an update. 👍🏽
