Task Priority Status
Hi. Is it possible to edit the task's Importance?
Wrike has 3 status: High, Normal, Low.
I'm looking to edit the list to have 4 status: Critical, High, Medium, Low to map Jira's "Request Severity".

It's not possible to change the default importance list, but you can take a look at custom fields - it's possible to create a field and add your own custom priority list. I'll be happy to provide examples and/or screenshots if you'd like, please let me know 😊

Would you know how Jira's severity status gets mapped to Wrike if we utilized the Unito integration via API call? What attributes in Wrike corresponds/updates through this integration?

Added a like to this item, we are encountering the same questions. We also need a critical and have chosen to use a dropdown with Yes/No options completed only when an item is critical. Thanks for your post Bobby Wu.

Lisa we are using a custom field for this purpose as we too needed to customize the Importance field. But, this is limiting as it lacks the visibility & sorting capability of the default Importance field. adding SV - who has also expressed an interest in this in another post.
