[Interviews with Non Admins] New Wrike Experience

Weโ€™ve met with some of you before - my team has recently started a research initiative for potential improvements for Wrike Spaces. Thanks again to everyone whoโ€™s been helping us during interviews!

As you might know, we also continue to look into your feedback in relation to the New Wrike Experience. This Community has been and continues to be a great source of inspiration for us, right from the moment more than a year ago when we first announced the New Wrike Experience, and throughout all the changes that followed based on your feedback.ย 

Some of the Wrikeโ€™s Product Team members have already had the pleasure to discuss your feedback in relation to the New Experience in the past. The insights that weโ€™ve received from some of the power users here have helped us enormously in shaping this Experienceโ€™s future.

Today, we would like to invite some of you that might not yet had a chance to speak to Wrikeโ€™s Product team about their experience with the New Experience ๐Ÿ˜Š

My first experience with Wrike was an absolute WOW!ย  As a PMP-certified MS Project user I was blown away with the abilities of the product.ย  Unfortunately, I had a very small issue and contacted Customer Support.ย  I quickly discovered that Wrike, while a premier, enterprise class product, has non existent Customer Support.

Wrike is a 5-star product with 0-star support.ย

There is lots to like about the new experience, but I do miss the left nav search box.ย  It was very easy to find project and folderย
