Feature Request: Transfer Time

I would love to have the ability to transfer time between projects. Every month when reviewing time logs before sending to finance, I inevitably find at least one time entry added to the wrong project by accident. I would prefer to be able to just click a box, choose "Move to" > select project, and be done. Instead I have to make note of the entry, email the offender, and ask them to delete and reenter their time. Wait for them to complete that, email me back, and then re-run the time report. It's much less efficient. Any way we can get a transfer time feature? :)

Thank you for posting this suggestion Sara Snuggs! I'm sure you know, but it's possible to edit the timelog entries in the Timelog View. Regular users can see and edit their own and others’ timelog entries. Can this help?

Yes, but as it states, "You can edit data in the Time Spent, Date, Comment, and Category columns." You can't move it from one project to another without re-entering it. I can adjust those above fields, but if they entered it on Project A and they should have entered it on Project B, that's not something I can change. Sure I could delete and re-enter for them, but then it's captured under my name, not theirs. So I need to notify them that it needs to be deleted and re-entered onto the correct project.

Just noting that this is still a very much desired feature, to transfer time entries between projects. I always have updates that need to be made, and this would be so helpful.
