Workflows - DRAFT and PUBLISHED
Can we make choose the workflows available to use throughout the system without deleting the workflow entirely??? Similar to the Request Forms, can we have a Draft and Published version of the Workflows?

Sure. For the workflows - I would like an option to remove, but not delete certain workflows from the user view. So as an admin, I would like to "archive" existing workflows (for future use), but not allow users to select these workflows.
Thank you for clarifying, Jen Derry! There's no option to do exactly that currently, but it's possible to use fixed workflows:
When changing a task’s status, users can only choose from certain predesignated statuses. Admins determine which status should have predetermined follow-up statuses and they choose what the follow-up statuses are. For example, if a task is “In Progress”, users will only be able to change the task to “In Review” or “Completed”. They will not see or be able to select any other status options.
So, you'll have all your workflows saved, but users will only be able to choose one pre-defined status in a particular folder/project. Please let me know if that can help you!
