Calendar week feature

Dear development team,

I am writing this because I was looking for a calendar week number feature in Wrike.
I was truly shocked and disappointed to find out that there is no such feature and the implementation (see https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000103149-Week-numbers-for-your-european-friends-) is standing still.

The calendar week number feature is not a convenience feature but a mandatory one.
Working with Wrike, especially in Germany but also in the rest of Europe, is simply not possible without it.
It is a shame that this feature has not found its way into the otherwise excellent Wrike.

I would be grateful if you would soon implement this feature, so we can start to use Wrike at its full potential.

Hi David Müller, and welcome to the Community!

Week numbers will appear in Calendars if you have it set that your work week starts on a Monday. You can check if this is the case and change it in your settings.

Hi Hugh,

thank you for your fast reply! We are mostly using the Workload view for organizing our projects. Is it possible to activate week numbers there as well?

this topic (see other thread) is open for over four years now.

To be honest, this can't be that hard to implement.

The product team did it already for the Gantt:

 

Why is this not available within the workload section?

It can just look like this:

This would be totally fine. 

In Europe, everybody talks in calender weeks every single day when it's about planning projects. It is really annoying to check other calendars for the week numbers and than going back to Wrike for creating and reorganizing the tasks. 

We need it in the workload section — every single day.

Please. Thank you.

Hey everyone,

It currently is not possible to display week numbers in the Workload chart. However, the Product team are interested in this suggestion and are planning on implementing it into Wrike soon. As soon as I have more information, such as an ETA, I'll be sure to keep you posted.

Hello Sebastian Nemetz, apologies for the delay in response here. Unfortunately, this is currently not in the short-term roadmap of our Product team. For now, the team is focused on other priorities, such as improving Table View and time tracking, and therefore, there is no scope to research this at the moment.
 
Please also allow me to give a bit more detail about our Product Feedback process. As outlined in this Community post, the Product team looks at a wide range of data, user feedback, and Community suggestions/votes to determine what next to work on. The team always aims to focus on implementing the functionality that will have the widest impact and benefit for the most users, and it's for this reason, that we simply can't implement all of the suggestions we receive via our various feedback channels.
 
We'll continue to share your feedback with the team and if there are any changes to this, we'll be sure to let you know.
