We purchased Wrike Analyze but find it extremely limited in what kind of data it can actually display. When I went through the 1:1 training session, I was very surprised at everything that it just couldn't do. Right now we still have to export stuff to other visualization options like Microsoft BI and Tableau to really get a robust analytics view. Not sure if we will be keeping this package.
It is cumbersome to set up dashboards because its set up backwards from how you normally think when doing visualization. Normal process is to select the data you want to display then determine the best way to visualize it (i.e. Excel Pivot Table). This product has you decide how you want to visualize data then go through a laborious filtering process trying to figure out how to get it to match up with the visualization option you selected. Then if you decide you want to change the visualization, you have to start over. Very frustrating to say the least.
Its very difficult to display custom field data. For example if you have 2 custom fields that you want to represent on a bar chart, it simply wont do it. You can only display 1 custom field at a time which for us is problematic. It also will not display calculated fields at all. Ive also had a lot of trouble with currency fields.
Hi Sarah Galyon, thanks so much for your detailed feedback regarding Wrike Analyze, I'm passing it on to the team now 👍 The team actually has plans to introduce enhancements to this functionality in the coming months - we'll be announcing that on the Community as soon as it happens.

After using Wrike Analyze for a few months, I do have some feedback & thoughts:
Wrike Analyze is only updated at night, so you have to prepare well in advance if you need to use the dashboard for any meetings.
Custom Fields can be very finicky when trying to display charts/graphs based on custom field if the custom field is the "text" type. If there's an accidental space at the end or beginning, it will be displayed as a separate category completely, so be mindful of that!
Bar graphs are displayed in alphabetical/numerical order only. You can adjust it from ascending to descending, but if you want you graph to be displayed in a specific order, you have to number it. We use our Wrike Analyze boards for reporting, so I have to take a screenshot of the board then edit over the numbers so it doesn't look cluttered. Basic formatting changes is not an option.
Wrike Analyze does take some getting used to, and can be confusing, but it is nice to be able to create visuals from the data stored in Wrike.
