add a project to calendar

Also, can I view calendars for past events, as to see what we've accomplished over a period of time (and for reporting purposes)?

Hi, Jennifer, you can do this in Reports by selecting and filtering by the Projects/Folders you're looking to review, let me know if you'd like more information about this.

Alternatively, if you've already created a Project based Calendar you can go back by selecting the month on the top left-hand-side to see Project. You can also choose to see the Projects by Status color by clicking the options on the top right (three dots).
