I noticed that calculated custom view issue and was confused for a moment. Thanks for the update!

Wrike Team:  The addiition of the "Add Item" submenu has made it more difficult add a task within a folder Table View. The task button is now one level further away, and the sub-menu takes a second or two to load creating a delay. When I am actively building a timeline consisting of multiple folders (all of our timelines) and placing individual tasks within folders, adding a task is slower now.  My suggestion would be to move the "Add a task" button back to first menu that appears with right click.   Better yet, I would love to see the "Add a task above" and "Add a task below" options that are available in Gantt View (by right-clicking on the task number block) added to the Table View.  Thx!

I do appreciate the new ability to add task, folders, projects within table view, but Phil has a point. It could be improved in the future with an expanded feature of Add a task above and Add a task below in Gantt View. Wow - that would be great! Thanks Wrike Team for always listening and updating according to our collective needs!

Yes, I agree with Pamela!  It is a struggle to add tasks in the correct spot in the Gantt chart.  We need more options please.

Wrike team:  this is my 2nd post on this topic.  If a user is working on a full timeline and needs to add multiple tasks, the current options for adding tasks in Table view are painfully slow. 

The dynamic menu shown above:

1) is slow to load

2) is easy to miss as you slide your mouse to the right, and then the menu has to reload

3) has the "task" button is too many steps away.  Right click, hover, menu loads, slide to the right (don't miss!) and click "task"

The only other option in Table view is to add a task at the very bottom of the timeline, then move it to it correct place. but that is not fast or convenient if you are working in a full timeline with multiple folders.

Suggested solution for short term:  Move the Task button shown above to the left and out into the main right click menu. Then you would not need to wait for the dynamic menu to load. This would be much faster to add a task.

I agree that it was confusing to have to "slide" to the right side in order to add the Blueprint: would like a way to do this with one click instead of two. Perhaps include it as a sub-drop down.
