Folder Structure for Organizing Analytics Reports

We are using custom analytics reports and would like a way to organize them, such as a folder structure. We have multiple categories of reports from individual projects to larger reports that encompass multiple projects. Within each of these categories, there are many reports and that number will continue to grow. Right now there is just a list of ALL reports. As our report list grows it is going to get more and more difficult to easily find a specific report.

Hello Ashley Fischer, thank you for posting!

Currently, you can only sort the reports by respective columns i.e. Name, Last Updated. I definitely understand your use case here and, I'm moving this suggestion to our Product Feedback forum for our Community members to contribute and upvote 🙋🏻‍♀️

Hi Ashley Fischer, this is a great idea. Having just started creating Analytical Reports from the Wrike Analyze, this would soon become a maze to navigate. Thanks, Cansu for taking this up, look forward to seeing this in the near future.

Yes please!  Or at minimum, the ability to tag them to a Space (like traditional Reports).

I agree with Meredith Selden. The ability to tag to a space at a minimum would be great. Having to add them into spaces as bookmarks is somewhat tedious, especially when there are 10+ reports to add. If I add a report link as a bookmark and delete the report at a later date, I need to remember which space I added the report as a bookmark to and remove it from the bookmarks.

Another reason I don't like adding them to a space as a bookmark is that it isn't in the forefront. The other reports are visible right in the side panel while the users would have to click to open the bookmarks. Having to click bookmarks doesn't seem like a lot, but because it's not right in the user's face, they often forget.

Any update on this?  Really need this to move forward as we are developing a lot of reports and right now it is a big mess without an organizational structure.

+1 On getting some kind of folder structure in the Tools section in Wrike... I have 25 reports/dashboards/calendars which is overshadowing the main projects and folders section. It's crazy to think that this hasn't been brought in yet.

Hi Mark Freeman, welcome to the Community 👋

Could you please tell me if you're using the new sidebar

If you're using it, you can customise the main menu with tools (1), pin items to be able to easily access them (2), and then you have tools associated with a particular space. So in your case, I'd advise pinning particular tools you need quick access to. Does this help?
