Ability to export user / group list(s)
Following on the tail of https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000325605-User-List-Export , I'd love to see an ability provided to export various lists of users/groups (all of them, or subsets). It would be nice for groups/biz units to be able to see who is a member of what group, who is missing, etc. Right now, I have to write this all down or screen shot or show them my screen.
This should be a pretty easy thing to develop.

Hi Scott, thank you for sharing your feedback here! Have you had a chance to try out the Audit Reports mentioned in that post? I understand that this isn't exactly what you're asking for, but would love to hear your feedback about that too. Do you think the user list you proposed would best fit into that section of Wrike's account management?
Thanks, Anastasia. The Audit report is fine for a simple user list, but doesn't provide a list of who is in what groups. The group member list(s) are something I would find useful.

Scott, got it, thanks for clarifying!
Just thought I'd jump in here, I had the same query with someone from Wrike over live chat, and they were able to send me a list of all users within minutes, when they last logged in etc and what groups they were in... may help you for now until there is a way to do them yourselves?
Great idea. Thumbs up!
Agreed, this is a required feature when the size of the organization grows or for audit purposes.
definitely needed. Otherwhise we manually have to put all usere in a excel import file for example
Thanks for your continued input and votes on this suggestion. We've made our Product Team aware and if, and when, we have got an update we'll be sure to share with you here 👍
I totally agree. We have a large team in Wrike (about 100 people) and many groups. The report that was mentioned that Wrike pulled for someone (user, last logged in, groups they belong to, status) is very important to us. It would be great to have this feature.
My motivation is to get a list of users to paste into an import template to quickly assign tasks to a group of people. This could also be done if there was a way to create a task and then auto-duplicate it to a group, then creating an individual task for each member of the group.
Agree, a report that includes a list with the users, licence type and groups is important to Access audit.
This is super important.
@Everyone thanks for your votes and comments!
I also wanted to mention Access Reports (available on Enterprise subscription) here. They are great for audit purposes as they let you keep track of who has access to what in Wrike and also help you ensure that things are shared with the right people/groups, although they won't help with user email lists.
I'll update the thread when I have more info, and thanks for your input!

Hooray!! I knew if I emailed requesting a list enough times it might get some attention. Thanks support team!
Hello Team Wrike, this will be really useful for us to export emails and send any communication related to Wrike to them.
Hi @Kunal, thanks for reaching out!
These are the options that are currently available when exporting the user list:
Hope that helps 🙂

Ability to export user lists is super, but also good would be the ability for any regular user to see who is in a group, ad hoc, on demand, whenever needed. For instance if I want to @mention a group but I'm not certain who all my @mention will go to, I need to be able to see a list of who is in the group (as is done in Outlook by hitting a "+" sign icon to see who is in an email distribution list).
*For anyone who likes this idea, you can go here and up vote Lauren Cook's proposal. 🙂

My issue is I only want to export a specific user group to excel. The way the user export is configured, you can only export ALL users to excel, not just one user group. I need this as a distribution list for calendar/training invites.
Thanks for bumping this older thread Meredith Selden! I'll share your feedback with the team 👍
