Wrike Productivity Tour-San Jose, Ca
Wrike is kicking off a series of in person Wrike user meetups and we're hosting the first event at our San Jose headquarters. Our goal is to give you
- Access to Wrike resources that help you get the most out of the tool (execs, product experts, and productivity gurus)
- Connect you with other Wrike users who can share how they're using Wrike, what works for them, what doesn't, and give you a wider range of people to turn to for best practices, tips, and tricks.
Yes, there will be a breakout session so that you can discuss your specific use case with Wrike team members and other users. Yes, we will be taking pictures (don't worry, we'll only post the good ones). No, there won't be a pop quiz.
The Important Information
When: Tuesday, March 14th 2017

We'll keep updating this thread as March 14th approaches, look forward to hearing from you, and see you soon!
How can users attend this meet up? Is there another one scheduled over the next couple of months? I would love to attend but I'm just seeing this now and not sure my company would allow me to attend on short notice. Thanks!
Hi Meagen! For this meetup we targeted invitations to users in the Bay Area, but any Wrike users are welcome to come (and we'd definitely love to see you here!). We're planning to do similar events in other cities (including New York and Washington/Baltimore) and I can definitely let you know if when we have a more concrete schedule. If you are able to make this event just let me know and we'll save a spot for you (and anyone else from your company who would want to come).
Hi Stephanie,
Is there a cost associated with attending this workshop? I will check my schedule to see if I can make it for this but definitely let me know about any plans in other cities as well.
Thank you!
@Meagen, no cost other than the cost of any travel arrangements you would need to make. :) We should have concrete dates for the other cities in the coming weeks, I'll make sure to let you know as soon as I have something.
Perfect because I'm not sure I would be able to make this one but I am definitely interested in attending. I should know by EOW if I can attend this one in March. Thanks, M
Awesome! Looking forward to hearing from you then.
Hi Stephanie,
It looks like I won't be able to make it to this event :( but I am very interested in the one's coming up! It will give me enough time to submit the request with my boss. Do you think the upcoming workshops might happen over the Summer? Can you provide me with your email address so that I can email you directly instead of this thread?
Let me know, Thanks!
@Meagen I just sent you an email but I wanted to update the thread here as well. I'll also update this thread when we have concrete dates for upcoming events in other cities.
Hello, I am an independent Productivity Consultant and Salesforce.com Administrator currently in Silicon Valley and relocating to the Seattle area with my wife and infant daughter in April. I recently spent 12 years at Apple as a project manager/team manager. I've enjoyed Wrike quite a bit and I would love to see a standalone desktop app prioritized for the future. The SFDC integration is very good as well.
Hi @Alexis and @Erik, thanks for sharing a little more about your background. Looking forward to meeting you both later this month! We'd love to hear from anyone else planning on attending as well :)
I'll be there!
Hi Sierra, looking forward to meeting you! Would love to hear a little bit about you and what you're hoping to learn if you have a couple of minutes to share.
Sure! We're using wrike on our marketing team. It has helped up see what is on our plates and when the deliverables are due. We've greatly reduced the amount of wrong versions being used in documents, the struggle to find this, and lost tasks. We're the only team currently using Wrike internally.
@Sierra, that's a fantastic use case, thank you for sharing. Let me know if there's anything you have questions around (regarding Wrike or improving processes), I can give our Customer Success Managers a heads up to let them know you're interested in that topic.
Great event today! I found it invaluable talking with other companies that are using Wrike and hearing how they are using it, especially SVB and StitchFix. I look forward to attending future events.
Hi @Brian, so happy to hear you enjoyed the event! Would love to hear from you, or other attendees about any takeaways you are able to implement and how it goes.
Thanks for a great event! I especially love how StichFix showed all the systems they were using and how they were able to consolidate them with Wrike. I thought the day was great! and I love Wrike!
Hi Sierra, it was so nice meeting you at the event and I definitely loved hearing from Stitch Fix too.
P.S. Nosotros te queremos tambien.
@Stephanie
I would love to be added to contact list for when there are upcoming events! Can you please add me to it?
Hi Sarah, keep an eye out here for all upcoming events where you'll also be to register your attendance.
We'd love to meet you at our next event! 😊
Thanks @Stephen, will do.
