Wrike API: Getting date when status changes

We currently have a custom workflow

  • Active: todo, in-progress, review
  • Completed: complete

We are interested in getting the date when the task switches from todo to in-progress. I see there is a timestamp in the task comment section.

Is this possible though Wrike API?

We have the same question. Can the status change to a specific status be accessed? We have a requirement to take action after a certain number of days have passed. Thanks in advance for any posting of the solution.

Hi Gretchen Linder, our Subject Matter Experts recommend to use the BI Export feature, it's available via API: https://developers.wrike.com/api/v4/data-export/.
 
Using BI Export, you can download account data and use it in third-party analytic tools. There is a "work_workflow_stage_history" table that you may find useful as it shows the history of task status changes.
