Collaborator cannot join after accepting the invitation
Hi, I have send an invite to one of my collaborators but they cannot join after accepting the invitation.
The user receives the email and after accepting the invite and trying to create an account the user gets an error message saying that they need to activate the account first.
How can this be resolved?
Is there anything I as a system administrator do to help?
When I set up collaborator accounts I actually tested it by creating my own account first. Maybe try and recreate a new colab account for yourself to see if you can recreate/get the same error? Maybe the error could be tied to how the account was set up or maybe if there hasn't been any shared folders.
